Results

Congrats for those who pass the year! Good luck to those who needs to resit.

Oh time for results release!!
Someone is obviously happy about her result. ^.^ We shared the joy with her and we get to eat this:

Yum yum.

So, how about mine?
Well should I be happy or sad?

Was initially quite satisfied with my results, after all the slacking and chilling for the year, I still managed to secure a border line 1st. Then I got a 2nd and 3rd email, telling me mistakes they made in recording my marks... swt... Good thing they send me a better result.

So, why should I feel sad?

Our engineering undergraduate courses here have 2 types. Bachelor in life engineering(BEng) and master in engineering (MEng). Looks like all the person I know in my class are going to BEng course. That means, I am off alone to MEng. Come and think of it, that is not bad eh? You get a chance to go to other department and study one academic year there.

Hmm.... lets see what would my life be on the 1st day of lecture in 3rd year. Wake up in an autumn morning, had a nostalgic dream of what I did in Malaysia. Walk out of the house, everybody still sleeping...Walking enthusiastically reluctantly on the streets, freaking 45 mins along the long Fulham road, talking to myself.
At last I reach a new department, take my last 5 mins to find the room. Now I can already hear the lecturer talking, (oh shit I m late!)... Slowly I push open the door, even my lightest push will attract everyone's attention! (trust me, you been in lecture halls before right)

At this moment, Holy Shit!! I just got 200 guys looking at me!!
In my mind it will go like this: "Wtf ?!?! omg ... omfg .... I dun wanna study here !!!"
In the rest of the 200 mind: " Wat the hell is this random guy doing here? Get the efff out we had enuf!!!"

And I m not joking, welcome to electrical engineering department of Imperial College London.

Happy or sad ?
